Please tidy up after yourself and respect shared areas by leaving them as you found them. * Terrace Access: Access to the terrace is subject to availability and may be limited when the top floor is fully booked. Thank you for your understanding. 2. Strict Non-Smoking Policy * Casa Carmelia is a 100% smoke-free facility. This policy applies to all indoor and outdoor areas, including terraces, balconies, and the roof garden. We thank you for helping us maintain a fresh, welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. 3. General Rules * Our staff is fully authorized to ensure compliance with these rules. * Please keep TV and music volumes low at all times, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM, to maintain a tranquil atmosphere. * Parties are not allowed. If you plan to have visitors, a maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed with prior notice. Visiting hours are from 9 AM to 11 PM. * We require the following information at least three days before check-in: an official ID of the main guest and the names and ages of all guests. * Face masks are recommended in all common areas. The room was very comfortable, spot clean, in a central neighbourhood, and the self-check in very easy. They also have a common kitchen, which is very handy. The hot water didn't work so well and there is some noise in the early morning when the cafe downstairs is opening and from the main gate of the building.

There really wasn't anything in particular that I disliked; everything offered in the room and place description is delivered 100%. Everything was very good!
