Respect for Other Guests and Shared Spaces * Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings and early mornings, as a courtesy to other guests. * Shared Areas: Our kitchens, dining rooms, sitting lounges, and rooftop terraces are designed for everyone’s enjoyment. Please tidy up after yourself and respect shared areas by leaving them as you found them. * Terrace Access: Access to the terrace is subject to availability and may be limited when the top floor is fully booked. Thank you for your understanding. 2. Strict Non-Smoking Policy * Casa Carmelia is a 100% smoke-free facility. This policy applies to all indoor and outdoor areas, including terraces, balconies, and the roof garden. We thank you for helping us maintain a fresh, welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. 3. General Rules * Our staff is fully authorized to ensure compliance with these rules. * Please keep TV and music volumes low at all times, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM, to maintain a tranquil atmosphere. * Parties are not allowed. If you plan to have visitors, a maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed with prior notice. Visiting hours are from 9 AM to 11 PM. * We require the following information at least three days before check-in: an official ID of the main guest and the names and ages of all guests. * Face masks are recommended in all common areas. For everyone's safety, please wash your hands for at least 20 seconds and use hand sanitizer before touching doorknobs or surfaces in common areas.
