Respect for Other Guests and Shared Spaces * Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings and early mornings, as a courtesy to other guests. * Shared Areas: Our kitchens, dining rooms, sitting lounges, and rooftop terraces are designed for everyone’s enjoyment. Please tidy up after yourself and respect shared areas by leaving them as you found them. * Terrace Access: Access to the terrace is subject to availability and may be limited when the top floor is fully booked. Thank you for your understanding. 2. Strict Non-Smoking Policy * Casa Carmelia is a 100% smoke-free facility. This policy applies to all indoor and outdoor areas, including terraces, balconies, and the roof garden. We thank you for helping us maintain a fresh, welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. 3. General Rules * Our staff is fully authorized to ensure compliance with these rules. * Please keep TV and music volumes low at all times, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM, to maintain a tranquil atmosphere. * Parties are not allowed. If you plan to have visitors, a maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed with prior notice. Visiting hours are from 9 AM to 11 PM. * We require the following information at least three days before check-in: an official ID of the main guest and the names and ages of all guests. * Face masks are recommended in all common areas. For everyone's safety, please wash your hands for at least 20 seconds and use hand sanitizer before touching doorknobs or surfaces in common areas. Mi estancia fue excelente. El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo y en una zona tranquila. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio y bien cuidado, tal como se muestra en las fotos. La cama era cómoda, había todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y amable.

La Condesa is a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, perfect for exploring on foot or by bike, with its tree-lined streets and nearby parks. For longer distances, taxis and ride-hailing apps like Uber and Didi are widely available and affordable. Public transportation options include nearby Metro stations (Patriotismo, Chilpancingo, and Juanacatlán), as well as EcoBici stations for bike rentals. Public parking is available on the street outside Casa Carmelia, but it operates through street meters. Guests should use the MueveCiudad app to pay for parking and monitor their time to avoid fines or immobilization of their vehicle by authorities. La Condesa’s excellent location makes it easy to explore the neighborhood and connect to the rest of Mexico City.
